We take care when breeding our dogs, look at general appearance (based on the Australian Shepherd Standard), behaviour, health as well as the dogs pedigree (family history) to determine the most suitable breeding partners. If there has been a high incidence of one or more hereditary problems with a potential breeding partner, then we simply do not use that dog.

You might be asking yourself, if they take such great care, why do they still offer a health guarantee?
The guarantee often helps people to ask questions and become more informed dog buyers. We offer the guarantee because we know how rigorous our screening is for breeding partners. We know that you are unlikely to have any of the problems listed above and in the event that something does come up, you have the ability to exercise the guarantee.

We offer a three year written guarantee because most of the problems we clear our breeding stock for will show up within that timeframe.
